One world, four bodies of work. Each collection holds a different pressure point — a different angle of approach to the same underlying territory.
There is always something underneath. Hidden Layers works with surfaces that have been worked over, obscured, built up — palimpsests of process and time. The subject is never fully visible. The image is built from what was placed there, and then covered, and then made to speak anyway.

Light is not innocent. It reveals, but it also destroys — bleaches, flattens, exposes what was meant to remain private. Light / Ruin holds both: the beauty of illumination and the ruin that follows overexposure. These works are made in that tension. They do not resolve it.

The marvelous is not rare. It is folded into the ordinary — into a kitchen object, a stain on a wall, a piece of hardware left in rain. Everyday Marvelous treats the familiar as already strange, and the strange as already nearby. These works are built from the objects and textures of daily life, and they refuse to make those objects small.

Every broken tool has a patron. Machine Saints is interested in the devotional energy that surrounds industrial objects — the worn handle, the relay that still holds, the mechanism that has survived its original purpose. These works treat machines not as metaphors for the human, but as subjects of their own gravity, their own age, their own kind of grace.
